Massican Social Branding
Massican was established in 2009 with the singular vision to be Napa Valley only white wine winery that transports the drinker to another time and place. Producing wines from their organic and sustainable vineyards in and around Napa Valley and Sonoma County, they serve excellence in every glass.
Task
Massican focuses on food, wine, culture, art, and people, so naturally, they wanted their Instagram to reflect and embody those interests as well. I decided the best way to accomplish this goal was to convert their Instagram feed into a digital magazine issue with a highly curated and branded aesthetic. The layout featured one main image row and then a carousel of informative posts below it related to that weeks topic. We featured interesting stories related to architecture, local chefs, art and design, history, international cuisine, photography, etc. I would then use that opportunity to partner with the people, places, and things we highlighted which in turn, helped bring positive and new exposure to the brand all while granting their followers the luxury of traversing the globe through Massican's elevated, educational, and cultured feed.
